Who We Are
The WPCA Board is a group of people working together to foster an environment that builds a healthy, safe and resilient community.
The Board utilizes a strategic thinking process to define our collective vision, to identify guiding policies that enable governance and operational decision making.
WPCA Board believes that this strategic path facilitates efficient and effective decision making and aligns our resources towards accomplishing our vision through levels of policy, systems, programs and projects.
This self-defined path allows Board governance and operations to set a unique course that specifically addresses the needs and desires of our community and its visitors.
Our Founders
WPCA was formed, April 30, 1993. Incorporation was approved on May 10, 1993.
The founding members: John Frank Johansen, Dennis L. Pollock, Charlene Currie, Jody N. Thaell, Diane M. Amos, Dianne W. Parkinson, Frances J. Hammell, Josephine C. Meech, and Brian Baker.

Members:
President Aynsley Baker, Joel Nivenn, Ryan Lewis, Tim Meech, & Joanne Koegler.
What We Do
The WPCA Board is active in following their guiding policies to progress unity in Waterton with quality efforts.

• Working cooperatively with Critical Community Stakeholders to enhance the Waterton experience.

• Strategically focusing on WPCA programs, services, and facility to optimize community benefit.
